BASI Pilates
Pilates is a method in which each exercise is preferably applied in a smaller number of times rather than multiple times, in a controlled and specific manner. Joseph Pilates, the creator of the method, designed more than 500 specific exercises for body and mind coordination. According to Joseph, mental health and physical health are necessary for each other.
