Denzi is a great instructor!! She really knows what you need during the Pilates. It makes me strong and flexible at the same time. The studio is perfectly suit for individual and sometime accompany by her cute cats😃

Deniz is a very experienced qualified pilates teacher, she is kind and supportive during the lesson. She corrects all your mistakes and show you the right posture. I definitely recommend her as a pilates teacher and having done pilates before in Amsterdam and in other cities, I would say that Deniz is the best pilates teacher I have met. Thanks Deniz for your professionalism and your caring attitude towards clients.

Best part of having classes by Deniz was her strong power of visualization of every movement. She started from scratch to teach me ‘my scoliosis’, corrected so many misbeliefs about my condition, and took care of my skepticism. If you are looking for either gaining power or building up knowledge about your body, I’d strongly recommend it. Thank you Deniz for always being present and fulfilling every moment of our classes.

I did equipment Pilates with Deniz after taking a long break. She is a very professional and disciplined instructor. She listens to your needs, guides you well and adjusts her teaching to your style. Strongly recommended as a great pilates instructor.

I didn't even realize how the lesson flowed in a cute studio with a canal view. Deniz's sincere teaching and the ambiance of the environment was like a kind of meditation. At the end of the lesson, I left the all stress of the day in the studio. Thanks Deniz.

It is so easy and motivating to work with Deniz in her cosy and well equipped studio. She guides you well and knows not only how to push your limits but also when to release. She is super flexible. When you cannot go to the studio for some reason she converts the lesson into an online format which is as intense as studio lesson. Each lesson is different than the other and it keeps the training interesting. Strongly recommended as a great pilates instructor.

Deniz is a very good pilates teacher. She really knows about the body and pays attention to your movements correcting them where necessary. I can trust her without fearing to get injuries. Even after the very first lessons, I felt more relaxed both physically and mentally. Lessons are fun even for a person like me who doesn't like sports. The studio is small but very cosy with a view on the canal. I am planning to continue having lessons from her.

I started Pilates with Deniz after I had the problem of patella dislocation more than once. Thanks to her, I realized that I had Scoliosis and started to deal with the condition in my body. We worked together for nearly 30 lessons till now and I realized that I benefited immensely. My posture improved, I became stronger, and it helped me a lot, especially with my knee. I definitely recommend her. I'm sure you will be very satisfied of her teaching.
