Which class type is best for you?

PRIVATE PILATES CLASSES

 

➤If you want to improve your posture, strength, control, balance, stability, mobility and flexibility, then Private classes are the best option.

 

➤If you want to work on your specific conditions like Scoliosis, Pre & Post-natal Pregnancy, Osteoporosis or enhancing your Athletic Performance, it is better to select Private Classes.

DUET PILATES CLASSES

 

➤Duet Pilates Classes designed for 2 people.

 

➤If you want to do workout with your friend or your partner, then Duet Pilates is the best option.

 

If you do not have a partner, please fill in the registration form at the main page. Once we have a good match for you, we will let you know.

 

➤We recommend taking minimum 5 Private Classes to start Duet Pilates Classes.

GROUP MAT PILATES CLASSES

➤Group Mat Pilates Classes are for max 4 people.

➤Since it is a very small group, you will be able to get corrections.

➤If you are interested, please register yourself through the form at the main page. We will contact you as soon as there are 4 people registered.
