Our boutique studio is offering to busy professionals private space and time to help reaching their goals and needs. We do our best to arrange your classes that fits to your schedule perfectly. All our students are VIP for us and we do our best to make them feel comfortable and reach their highest potential. We believe Pilates is not just a form of physical workout but also affects mental state positively. That’s why we do our best to concentrate on your body for an hour and leave all the other things out. At the end, we all need time for ourselves to feel better.
The idea behind “Change with Pilates” is to keep you motivated and helping you to be fit & healthy. In the long run, you will be investing to your future health and longevity.
We are a local studio and almost all our students live nearby. Even though the weather conditions are bad, all our students are still making to their classes 🙂 We always keep the fun & humor in the studio. Our cats are the essential part of our joy as well.
You have the same teacher and you do not need to switch teacher. It is very important that your teacher knows your progress and your body to personalise your workout just for your needs. There is a studio atmosphere but private and one on one. So, if you are taking a private class, there is only you and your teacher in the space. Also, we find Duet Partner for you if needed. You only need to fill the form at our main page.
You don’t need to pay any extra for membership. You schedule your classes online and you pay only for the classes you know that you are available to come. So, no waste of money.
We are open 6 days a week. So also Saturday mornings you can enjoy Pilates 🙂
How many times a week is the best to feel & see the effect of Pilates?
➤At least 2-3 times a week of practise is necessary.
