We are a boutique studio offering private, duet, and small-group Pilates classes in a warm, private and welcoming environment.

Next to our Pilates classes, we offer Schroth-based training for scoliosis, prenatal and postnatal Pilates, and strength training.

Our teaching is grounded in expertise, care, passion, and a genuine love for what we do.

We are here to support you, guide you, and help you discover your own connection to your body.
