Deniz (1987) is a BASI (Body Arts and Science International) Certified Pilates Instructor(2015). She succesfully completed the Comprehensive Teacher Traning Course in Istanbul. She has a BA Degree in Psychology and Contemporary Dance.

She is currently running her own Boutique Pilates Studio at Amsterdam, South. She has BASI Systems Combo Reformer and Wunda Chair.

She is specialized in; Scoliosis, Pregnancy and Osteoporosis. She is working with Dancers and Athletes as well to improve their performance.

She was the founder and main instructor of Change with Pilates Studio in Istanbul between 2017 and 2019. She collaborated with a physiotherapist as well and worked with teenagers and adults with Scoliosis.

Before moving to Amsterdam in 2020, she worked at Snake &Twist Pilates Studio in Paris. Currently she is working at Studio 191 in Amsterdam as well.

She has completed numerous BASI Pilates trainings aiming to teach to any age group and clients with specific health conditions and/or body types.
