GROUP MAT PILATES with small props (Max 5 people)
Mat Pilates relies entirely on your own body control, balance, and strength.
You will be using Pilates circle, small ball and weights to increase the resistance of body weight.

Wednesdays 18:15
Fridays 12:15
Saturdays at 11:15
Classes will start once min 3 people are signed in.
