  • Yes, of course. We will start from zero and built up strength and flexibility together in time.

    Each class, you will feel and see the progression.

    Do not judge yourself. Just come to your practise sessions and be patient with the process. Your body is going to learn the Pilates discipline that will keep you strong in your body and mind.

  • Yes. Pilates also improves flexibility and it actually helps you relieve the unnecessary tension in your body.

    In each class, we will work on releasing the tension with stretching and mobility exercises.

    Once we work on moving your body in all directions, the range of motion of your joints will increase.

    This is the best and healthy was of mobilizing and stretching your muscles.

    In the long term, you will be surprised that you do not feel the tension on your neck, shoulder and your lower back anymore.

  • Yes. Most of the cases of lower back pain follows the same pattern of weak abdominals. In each class, we will work on your abdominal muscles. Once the core area starts to be more active, the weight that lower back carries will decrease. We have so many people who were already happy with having less pain on their lower back area even after first month.

  • Yes. In the first session, we will already show you how neutral spine and correct posture is.

    In the upcoming sessions, we will be explaining why we are doing each exercise, how the correct position should be and which muscles should be working.

    Once you start learning and performing the exercises in a correct position, you will see that your posture has improved and your spine is taller.
