All classes are 55 minutes long and advanced booking is required. Please be mindful that we have an 24 cancellation policy for appointments.
– Please arrive on time for your session. Classes and appointment will not be extended due to lateness.
– Inform your instructor in advance if you have any injuries or disabilities.
– All sessions are at your own risk.
– Full payment is due at the first day of your session.
– Payment can be made with iDEAL or credit card via online payment system.
– All prices are non-negotiable. Purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.
– All appointments have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please cancel sessions online at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
-You will get a CREDIT REFUND ONLINE in case you cancel your class 24 hour hour before your class time.
-We do not refund the money for Pilates class services if and when there is no show up.
-All of the above policies is the same for people who use the studio for rental purposes.
-Change with Pilates Studio is not responsible for refund for no show up students of teachers who are renting the studio for teaching purposes.
As a studio, we are doing a favor to set up Duet Partners in order to help students to do more affordable classes.
Duet clients must understand that a commitment has been made to their partner- to attend as consistently as possible.
By booking and attending Duet Classes, you acknowledge and agree that these classes are scheduled and paid in advance. Therefore, you commit to the schedule that is planned for both participants.
You can cancel with your partner online 24 hours before the actual class time. In this case, rescheduling a new class is free of charge.
If you do not cancel in this time frame, unfortunately the other partner will do the class as scheduled.
Change with Pilates Studio is not responsible for credit or money refund in case of no show up.
If you cancel same day, it is also late cancellation. In this case, we can not refund the credits.
We do not accept cancellations via mail or phone. It is the responsibility of the partners to cancel and arrange again.
Any changes to agreed upon schedule are subject to availability and mutual consent.
This commitment ensures the smooth funtioning of the classes and allows both participants to experience consistent progress and results.
