GROUP MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates relies entirely on your own body control, balance, and strength.

You will be practising on the mat using Pilates circle, roller, small ball and weights to increase the resistance of body weight.

Our Weekly Schedule

Mondays at 17:00

Tuesdays at 19:15

Wednesdays at 18:15

Fridays at 12:15 & 18:00

Saturdays at 11:15

Sundays at 10:00

Group classes are 45 min long.

Classes will start once min 3 people are signed in.

You are very welcome to bring +1 friend.

  • Participants will not use Reformer but their body weight on the mat and some props.

    This small group setting ensures personalized attention, allowing you to receive tailored corrections on your posture and muscle activation techniques.

  • You can check our weekly schedule here and book yourself online.

    Please note that group classes start when there are min 3 people in.

    In case there are not enough participants, we will notify you by email to invite you to another class.

  • Our intimate Group Mat Pilates classes, limited to just 4 participants per session.
